The Church and members of the Church using the Worthy of Praise
services (hereafter referred to as the "Church") agree
to all of the following provisions.
The Church sincerely believes and absolutely concurs with
the following Worthy of Praise Statement of Faith.
The Church and members of the Church using the Worthy of Praise
services shall not store or distribute any image that is considered
obscene, pornographic, lewd, erotic, or appeals to the prurient
interest of the average person. The sponsors of Worthy of Praise
reserve the right to make the sole determination of what may
or may not fall under the above mentioned categories and such
decision will be applied by Worthy of Praise without appeal.
The Church and members of the Church using the Worthy of Praise
services shall not use the Worthy of Praise facilities for the
delivery of any proprietary content unless the Church has the
full and legal right to claim ownership and/or distribution rights
of content.
The Church and members of the Church using the Worthy of Praise
services shall not use the Worthy of Praise facilities for the
purpose of sending or receiving the responses of unsolicited
bulk email, nor shall the Church use the Worthy of Praise facilities
for the sending of any unsolicited email in any form for any
purpose. The Church and members of the Church using the Worthy
of Praise services shall not allow any unsolicited bulk email
to be sent that directs the recipient to the Church's website.
The Church and members of the Church using the Worthy of Praise
services shall not use any of the Worthy of Praise facilities
to facilitate harassment of any user in any fashion.
The Church and members of the Church using the Worthy of Praise
services shall not permit other person(s) to use the Worthy of
Praise facilities for the purpose of violating any aspect of
this agreement.
The Church and members of the Church using the Worthy of Praise
services grant Worthy of Praise the right to investigate any
large and/or sustained transfer of data for the purpose of determining
if the Church has violated this agreement.
The Church and members of the Church using the Worthy of Praise
services understands that violation of this agreement results
in immediate termination of the account by Worthy of Praise without
warning.
The Church and members of the Church using the Worthy of Praise
services agree that Worthy of Praise may manage the Worthy of
Praise system to promote the effective delivery of files which
may include but is not limited to moving the Church's files to
a more appropriate Worthy of Praise server.
The Church and members of the Church using the Worthy of Praise
services shall not interfere with, disrupt, electronically intrude
upon, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any aspect of
the Worthy of Praise network, servers, hard drives, or any other
equipment owned or leased by Worthy of Praise for any purpose
whatsoever. Violation of this regulation may result in civil
or criminal penalties and/or immediate termination of the Worthy
of Praise account without warning.
The Church and members of the Church using the Worthy of Praise
services shall not rent, sell, transfer or otherwise allow others
to use their account space or services without the explicit and
advance written consent of Worthy of Praise. Worthy of Praise
has the sole discretion in granting or rejecting any such request.
The Church and members of the Church using the Worthy of Praise
services assume all responsibility and liability for any text,
images, graphics, or other electronic data that the Church deposits
on the Worthy of Praise equipment whether that data is distributed
or not to any other user. The Church assumes all responsibility
and liability for any damages resulting from the storage and/or
distribution of such electronic data if any storage and/or distribution
of such electronic data results in a violation of any local,
state, federal, or international law or regulation.
Worthy of Praise reserves the right to interpret the above paragraphs
in a broad manner and to modify, delete, or add to these agreements
at any time. Worthy of Praise will notify the Church of any changes
in this agreement by email or US Postal Service.
Any adjudication of any applicable laws regarding this user
agreement or any other agreements as they relate to Worthy of
Praise shall fall within the jurisdiction of the county of Wake,
in the State of North Carolina, in the United States of America.
I, the individual completing this registration, being an authorized
representative of the Church agree to all of the regulations
as outlined in this agreement. I also agree that the provisions
of this agreement shall be made available to the Church and members
of the Church using the Worthy of Praise services.
